Danson Park Craft Fair, Bexleyheath

Good morning all!

I have another craft fair that I will be holding a stall at this weekend from Saturday 1st July to Sunday 2nd July at Danson Park Country Fair in Bexleyheath and I would love it if you could join me there!

There will be plenty to do on both days and the details are here: Danson Park Country Fair

I will be selling cards, paper handbags, gorgeous planners, card kits, stampin up items and more!
There will also be a chance to win a card kit and a lovely tin for the made cards to go in.

I will be doing some demonstrations and make and takes as well, so it would be brilliant if you could come along.

If you have any questions about Stampin' Up!, classes or becoming a demonstrator then I will be on hand to answer them. Following on from that there is a brilliant offer for new demonstrators in the month of July and I suggest you seriously consider taking up this offer as it has never been offered before. It is called the Essentials Gift Pack and boy do I wish I had that offer available to me when I first started out as it would have helped me so much, it is an extra £65 worth of items including the £130 worth of items you choose for your starter kit generally for the cost of £99!!!!

This offer is available starting tomorrow so come join the Stampin' Up! family by following the below link or going the long way and pressing the tabs at the top of this page that says Join Now!

I WANT TO BECOME A PART OF THE STAMPIN' UP! FAMILY

Thanks for reading and I hope to see you on Saturday/ Sunday or as part of my team!

Thanks

Happy Sunday, oh wait it's Monday tomorrow...

Happy Sunday, oh wait it's Monday tomorrow... it is not so happy Sunday as I have work tomorrow 😧 but luckily my seven day week is not until the following week so at least I have a weekend coming up, phew!

So this Saturday just gone I did a craft stall at the Dicken's festival in Rochester, Medway that is only 10 minutes from home which makes it handy for my hubby to give me a hand with unloading the boxes and then he can either catch the bus home or walk it depending upon the weather, as it may be a 10 min drive but it's about a 40 minute walk!

So here was my craft stall:

My husband, Glen, was the one who came up with the idea of having the lights in the crates and he put them in for me too, which shows he really does help a lot when it comes to my crafting. The crates are from Hobbycraft and the lights are from Amazon.

And this is another pic of the stall and my 20 month old son who was as good as gold during the setup and takedown of my stall, unfortunately I couldn't keep him with me for the whole day as it would have been too boring for him!

One of the things, besides my cards, I was selling on my stall was the Stampin' Up! Love Today planner! It is brilliant, I received mine the other day and have already started using it, here is a close up of it:

It is gorgeous and you can start it any time of the year. You can also purchase a refill after the year is through to replenish your pages, what more could you ask for.
If you would like to order yours then just click below and go to check out!

Thank you for taking the time to read my blog today, and I have now added all my future classes to the CLASSES tab so please feel free to check it out and hopefully I will see you there.

Thanks!

Happy Saturday!

Good morning everyone!

I am excited as:
1. The new catalogue is finally upon us and my order will hopefully be winging its way to me soon! and...

2. My craft class is upon us! I may be demoing in it as you read this.

SO this is my first proper class outside of my house, so I have hired a classroom from my local church and am hoping to do this every 1st Saturday of the month (just not in July as I will be a stall holder at Danson Park in Bexleyheath and will be doing make and takes there).

I did not want to post this earlier as didn't want to spoil the surprise of what cards we were going to make, but as I should be at my event it should be safe to share now!

So I decided for our class that they would make 3 cards and a 3D project. The sets I used were the Delightful Daisy Suite and Pick a Pattern Suite, along with the wood crate framelit.

Above are the first cards that we are making, it will be a choice of either one and if there is enough time then they can do the other card.

Both of these cards use the Pieces & Patterns stamp set, Pick a Pattern DSP and Woodland embossing folder.

With these cards I have shown that this stamp set and DSP can be used for the recipient either being male or female, and it is just the colour of the cardstock that determines it, thus showing how versatile the stamp set is! To be honest I was not sure about this stamp set, I liked it but did not know what to do with it, and after trawling pinterest still was unsure but got it in my preorder anyways. However, now that this idea came to me I now love the set as I have come up with so many more ideas, and it is a perfect set for males cards that are, in my opinion, always hard to make.

Right so my next card is using the same stamp set but with a different page of the same packet of DSP.

I love it as it makes a brilliant child's card, need I say more?!

Here is my final card, and this was made with the Daisy Punch, Daisy Delight stamp set and Delightful Daisy DSP.

I would like to say thank you to kingsonpaddington.blogspot.com (Carolyn King) as it was her card that gave me the idea for this.

And my 3D project also uses the Daisy stamp set and Punch.

It also makes use of the new Wood Crate framelit, new Wood Textures DSP and the new double stitched Daffodil Delight ribbon.

It was quite easy to make but looks so effective, instead of using the daisy punch to make daisies I used it to make Gerberas.

 Pretty aren't they?

Well I hoped you liked my items from todays blog and if are local and would like to attend one of my classes to make some of these items then just head over to my classes tab near the top of this page.

For all items used please see below table and thank you for taking the time to read and hopefully I will see you again soon!

Thanks

Sarah xx
